NY designer
This "Scuba" knit (aka "neoprene") from a NY designer is substantial in weight with a micro-doubleknit construction, a smooth texture and lots of body in the drape. It has about 30% stretch in both directions. The fabulous linear prism design has a 35.5" repeat and features royal blue and white (PANTONE 19-4053). Make a structured dress or jacket, pencil skirt, etc. Test first if you would like to hand or machine wash.
