French little flower black/gray matelasse' 1.33 yds

This is a stunning eveningwear fabric just in from France, a black and gray matelasse' weave brocade (PANTONE 16-0000 for the gray) with a yarn-dyed little flower design and a semi-opaque weave. The drape is similar to organza, but it's a suiting weight, so it's more substantial than organza. Elegant, sophisticated, malleable with firm body. The weight is perfect for a dressy jacket or evening coat, evening suit, etc. Dry cleaning is probably best. 1.33 yds.
