From a west coast designer, made in France, this is an exquisite eveningwear fabric... A sheer black silk chiffon with black lurex eyelash fringe in a random all-over spacing. It has a soft drape, and a little bit of sparkle and movement for a fabulous evening dress, gown, tunic, top, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering. The top photo is half on a black background, half on white, to show the sheerness. Dry clean only.
