From a NY designer, this is a wonderful stretch silk blouseweight woven, drapey and lightweight yet almost opaque, with a graphic scallop design in black and white. It has about 20% widthwise stretch and is perfect for a blouse, top, or tunic, dress or skirt. Some styles may need lining or layering. It would also make a great stretch lining for a stretch woven jacket or coat! Dry cleaning recommended.
