This great-looking novelty knit from Italy has a twisty, argyle-like design, created by knitting process that creates gathered and textured areas for a dimensional surface. It's overall about the weight of a doubleknit, so it's opaque with body in the drape. It has about 25% widthwise and 30% lengthwise stretch, but is quite stable. The color is a a cloudy grayish white (PANTONE 11-4202). Make any number of body-conscious knit top styles, cardigan, tunic, dress, skirts, etc. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash in cold water, hang or lay flat to dry.
