What a wonderful stretch silk blouseweight from a NY designer, with a "prism blues" graphic in shades of midnight, aqua, dusty teal, lavender-tinted silver, etc. (PANTONE 19-4028, 16-5121, 16-4712, etc.). The fabric is opaque with a soft drape and a charmeuse-like finish.
