From a NY designer, this is an exquisite silk and velvet burnout with a raised puffy dot design in black on black. The background is a sheer black silk chiffon, and some of the puffy dots are velvety, others are sparkly. Sooooo beautiful!! Very drapey and elegant, perfect for a special occasion top, tunic, dress, wrap, over-jacket, skirt, etc. Will need lining or layering. Dry cleaning recommended.
