This is a lovely Italian silk chiffon, sheer with a floaty drape, from a NY designer. The print is a delicate and feminine floral in tones of soft red and white (PANTONE 18-1649, etc.). Perfect for a billowy scarf, blouse, top, tunic, etc. Line with habotai, chiffon or self-line. Dry clean, or test first if you wish to wash at home.
