From deadstock of a CA designer, this is a very soft all-cotton twill in a versatile medium weight. This is one of those fabrics that is so delightful in person and difficult to convey in pictures. An understated design with excellent quality. The hand is truly wonderful! It is opaque with a matte surface, has some body in the drape and no stretch. The gray and black yarn-dyed stripe pattern runs widthwise and has a 1/4" vertical repeat. The face has a brushed flannel texture, and the reverse is also attractive but is not brushed. It is the perfect choice for a modern classic. Make a shirt, top, tunic, dress, skirt, etc. Machine wash cool and lay flat to dry (please test first)
