From designer deadstock and produced in France, this is an exquisite Chantilly style lace. The base fabric is a delicate fine mesh with an intricate floral pattern and a stunning scalloped eyelash border. It brings to mind vintage bridal or special occasion garments. The slightly dimensional lace provides beautiful texture and interest. It is semi-sheer with an 11.5" lace border along both selvages. The center features a floral motif with a 9.5" pattern repeat. The color is a beautiful parchment white. It is also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. This fabric is just phenomenal and yardage is extremely limited. Make a breathtaking special-occasion dress, bridal dress and veil, sheer over shirt, lined skirt, dress, etc. Hand wash cool and lay flat or hang to dry, or dry clean. Do not bleach and iron on low.
