From Italian designer deadstock, this is a gorgeous ponte doubleknit with a truly reversible design. One side features a light heathered ash gray and the other is a complimentary heathered charcoal gray. A highly versatile option with applications as a suiting, dressweight or bottom weight, and appropriate for both tailored and drapey garments. It quite stable for a knit with about 10% stretch in both directions. Play with design ideas, cutting your pattern pieces with use of both sides. Sew designer quality dresses, unlined jackets, suits and pants, skirts, etc. Hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle, do not wring and lay flat or hang to dry. Iron on medium (test a small area first).
