From designer deadstock of a famous brand specializing in shirting fabrics, this is a very unique offering in a blend of wool and cotton. It's a lighter suiting weight with a textured hand and a slightly open basketweave, which appears opaque unless held to the light. The yarn-dyed "line block" design (1.5" pattern repeat) features black and parchment, and it looks the same on both sides. This fabric has some crispness in the drape and is stable in both directions. Perfect for a sophisticated topper, jacket, suit, trousers, tailored skirt, etc. Dry cleaning is recommended.
