Description

From Italian designer deadstock, this is a gorgeous, printed 100% wool crepe, a lightweight woven with a crepe texture and a floaty drape. It is opaque and stable in both directions. The "aurora signs" design has a 4" repeat and features a geometric border along the right selvage which dithers away into a field of abstract linework. There is a 3" section of solid red between the border print and the selvage. The color story is wine red accented by tealy blue, putty, orange etc. Get creative with the many possibilities of border placement! The weight is perfect for a shirt, tunic, dress, blouse, skirt, etc. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry, or dry clean. Medium iron (please test first!).
