From deadstock of the famous designer, this is a fine quality printed cotton batiste, a very light weight that is semi-sheer with no stretch. It has a delicate feel, soft and smooth with a tight weave and a bit of cottony body in the drape. The "roundabout" print (8.5" repeat) features dark chocolate, light taupe and dark lake blue (PANTONE 19-1020, 18-3920, 12-5202, etc.). It is perfect for a blouse, shirt, top, tunic, dress or skirt, etc. It looks about the same on both sides, so this would also make a lovely scarf or delicate shawl. Some styles may need lining or layering. Hand or machine wash cold, hang to dry (please test first).
