From deadstock of the very famous designer and made in Italy, this is a lovely all-silk taffeta. It is light weight with a crisp drape, opaque and stable in both directions. The "sweetheart roses" design (38" repeat) is printed in lipstick red and dark spruce on a ballet pink background (PANTONE 19-5513, 18-1661, 13-1406, etc.). It is perfect for a special occasion structured jacket, topper coat, gown, dress, pouffy skirt, etc. Test first if you wish to machine wash and hang to dry.
