CA designer stretch cotton blend woven - captain's blue

This is a versatile "RPL"-like stretch woven from a California designer, a cotton/viscose blend that has the same subtle woven texture on both sides. It has just 5% stretch in both directions, with great recovery. It's a lighter pants weight in a captain's blue color (PANTONE 17-4131), and is tightly woven and opaque with a soft drape that has just a bit of body. Perfect for trousers, fitted jacket, skirt, sheath dress, tunic, etc., it has a refined, office-wear look. Dry clean or please test first if you wish to machine wash, hang to dry.
