Dutch blue leopard viscose/poly burnout knit Oeko-Tex cert. 1.5 yds

This is a viscose/poly burnout knit print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 15% stretch in the width only. It is lightweight and semi-opaque and the base fabric has pattern of areas that are more sheer and more opaque. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The leopard spot print has an 8.25" repeat, with black and white on a medium blue background (PANTONE 17-4037 is close). Make a great tee, top, tunic, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. 1.5 yds.
