This is a gorgeous mostly wool coating, a woven from a NY designer. It is a medium-heavy coating weight, refined and soft with body in the drape. The weave has a slight brushed twill texture on the face, and there are subtle flecks of secondary colors that add richness and complexity to the midnight blue color (PANTONE 19-3922 is close).
