Here's another AMAZING cotton/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 50% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "blue tide" print has a 13.5" repeat and features shades of blue, turquoise, wisteria, tinted white, etc. (PANTONE 19-3832, 17-4433, 16-3920, 15-3920, 16-4427, etc.).
