It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The very cool digital "waterfront city" panel print features shades of soft blue, sage and navy with touches of dark coral and spice, etc. (PANTONE 18-4027, 14-0115, 17-1456, etc.). The second photo shows the entire panel.
