vertical stripe 'puffer' jacketwear - white

This is a fabulous water-resistant quilted jacketwear in white, a 3-layer fabric with thin polyester woven upper and under layer, and white polyfil cushioning in the middle. The layers are sewn together in vertical rows spaced 1 inch apart, to give it that dimensional "puffer" look, and both sides are the same (bonus!). It is so comfortable and soft, and the weight is perfect for any number of sporty cool weather jackets, coats or vests (or a very modern skirt or suit!) ... or use it as a great lining fabric for a coat or jacket! Manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash and hang to dry. Before you machine wash be sure to serge the edges to keep the polyfil in place.
