This scuba/neoprene knit come from a NY designer, and is medium weight with a micro-doubleknit construction, a smooth surface texture and body in the drape. It has 30% horizontal, 15% vertical stretch, but is very stable. The "aqua-deco-flora" design (8.3" repeat) features black, crystal blue, graphite and off white (PANTONE 13-4411, 17-5102, etc.). The reverse is white and not meant to be seen. Make a lovely structured dress or skirt, jacket, topper coat, stretch pants, etc. Test first if you would like to hand or machine wash, or dry clean.
