This is a beautiful quality cotton voile in navy (PANTONE 19-3933). It is perfect for lining sheer fabrics, or use as an overlay for blouses, shirts, tops, etc. Semi-sheer with a floaty drape that has just a bit of body. Hand wash and hang to dry or dry clean.
