From a NY designer, this is a lovely wool blend woven coating, medium-heavy weight with body in the drape. The face has a short-hair, silky/furry texture and the reverse is more of a flat weave. The colors are toasty tan and ivory (PANTONE 16-1334 is close) and this fabric does have a nap. It has an exquisitely soft hand and is not weighty. Perfect for a casual fall/winter coat or jacket. Dry cleaning recommended. 2.5 yds.
