Imported from The Netherlands, this is a gorgeous shirt/dress weight woven with a cottony drape. The dotty graphic features red on an ecru background (PANTONE 18-1663, 13-3801-ish). OekoTex certified for non-toxic dyes or chemicals. Tightly woven, breathable, and the perfect choice for cloth face masks.
