Guatemalan hand-loomed ikat - motif and stripe

Hand-loomed in Guatemala, this gorgeous yarn-dyed ikat cotton woven comes from a CA designer and is medium weight and opaque with some body in the drape. It has a striped repeat with a figure motif, and the colors are various mixes of crimson, sunshine yellow, jade and midnight (PANTONE 18-1856, 13-0947, 16-5425, etc). Make a jacket, tunic, poncho, skirt, kimono, etc. Please test first if you wish to hand wash, and hang or lay flat to dry. Note the narrow width when figuring your yardage. It has a 6.75" vertical, 13.75" horizontal repeat.
