CA designer 2-ply novelty ruffle knit - gray/black

From a CA designer, this is a fabulous 2-ply ruffle knit, with 2" wide bands of gray viscose knit lettuce-edged ruffles (PANTONE 18-0601), backed by a black semi-sheer poly mesh. At the top of each ruffle is a pretty jacquard design that is knit into the backing, while the rest of each ruffle hangs loose. It has about 60% widthwise stretch. Medium-light weight, opaque with a soft drape, it is perfect for a fun top, tunic, cardigan, dress or skirt. Please test first: hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
