NY designer feather graphic scuba knit 1.25 yds

This "Scuba" knit (aka "neoprene") from a NY designer has a micro-doubleknit construction, a smooth texture and some body in the drape. It is medium weight and opaque, and on the softer and more malleable end of the scuba spectrum. It has about 30% widthwise stretch. The delightful feather graphic features shades of orange, sky, purple, nutmeg, black, and light khaki on a soft white ground (PANTONE 15-1164, 15-1530, 15-4825, 18-3737, etc.).
