This is a beautiful quality cotton shirting, an oxford cloth in a chambray blue (PANTONE 17-3924-ish). It is a gorgeous quality medium shirting weight with a cottony drape, and is a gender neutral fabric that is perfect for classic shirts, tunics, shirt dresses. Hand or machine wash gentle, in cold water and hang to dry (please test first).
