Carmen Marc Va1vo silver/black vertical stretch suiting

This gorgeous vertical stretch suiting from Carmen Marc Va1vo is a medium weight jacquard weave with about 30% stretch in the LENGTH only. It has a chevron weave in black and light silver, with some silver metallic that adds a festive and dressy touch. Each stripe is 1.25" wide. The first and second photos show the fabric turned so that the selvages are "north and south", with the stripes running vertically as they would look on your garment. In other words, because of the vertical stretch, pattern pieces need to be cut across the grain. The draped photos show how it comes off the roll. It is medium weight, tightly woven and opaque with body in the drape, and is perfect for a dressy suit, jacket, skinny pants, sheath dress, pencil skirt,topper jacket, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
