Praba1 Gurung clipped 'knit stitch' waves brocade

This beauty from designer Praba1 Gurung is a stunning clipped weave brocade with a knit-stitch-waves design (3.75" repeat) in two shades of blue on a black background (PANTONE 19-3926, 18-3927). The back has the clipped weave fringes, and it is "hollowed out" or textured on the back like a cloque' fabric, which give it a certain lightness (weight-wise). The quality is beautiful, and it has a more firm drape with substance added from the woven-in design. The black areas are recessed while the blue waves have a dimensional look.
