This exquisite silk and rayon velvet burnout from Ni1i L0tan has an artful elegance and sophisticated coloring. The silhouette floral design features ruddy brown velvet flowers on a sheer, smokey slate blue silk chiffon ground (PANTONE 18-1421, 16-4404). So beautiful!! It has a lovely, floaty drape and the velvet areas have a soft and reflective sheen, perfect for a top, tunic, wrap, overjacket, scarf, etc., for day or evening.
