This is a beautiful Italian metallic tweedy stripe brocade that is much more beautiful in real life. It has a yarn dyed weave with a variety of yarn textures and widths, with a subtle red metallic sparkle amidst the more matte fibers. The colors include black and white (salt and pepper - ish), aqua, and both matte and metallic sapphire blues (PANTONE 13-5306, 19-3955, etc.). It is a tightly-woven medium suiting weight with some body in the drape, and the salt and pepper reverse provides an interesting contrast.
