This is an exquisite cloth from a NY designer, a wool/silk, semi-opaque stretch woven with fine and delicate fibers in an intricate, high twist weave. The grain is elusive and unstable, which adds to its "allure"! It will require careful layout and cutting; well worth the effort for this elegant and sophisticated beauty which will look great in a variety of very simple and drapey silhouettes (think Eileen Fisher!).
