This is an exquisite silk georgette print (called "heavy georgette"), semi-sheer and drapey with a gorgeous tropical montage print (29" repeat) in many colors including french blue, yellow, lime, violet, black white, etc. (PANTONE 17-4037, 14-0232, 19-1608, etc.).
