washable tweed suiting - royal/mocha .75 yds

If you love the look and feel of a pricey wool tweed but would rather do without the dry cleaning or the price, this is a fabulous alternative! I was fooled by this polyester tweed suiting, which is a dead ringer for a fine wool tweed: quite soft, malleable and easy to work with. The colors are so beautiful: royal, dusty blue, mocha, etc. (PANTONE 19-3951, 13-4308, 19-1213, etc.). It is medium weight with body in the drape, and is perfect for tailored suits, skirts, jackets, etc. It is identical on both sides and has pretty selvedges. Also, a great way to test a new pattern before you cut into your really expensive fabric! Machine wash, gentle, warm, and hang to dry. LAST PIECE, .75 yds.
