Italian textured boiled wool fleece - valentino ombre

This is a fabulous Italian fleecy boiled wool knit, medium-heavy weight with a fleccy/fuzzy surface texture on the face, more of a flat knit on the reverse, and lots of body in the drape. It doesn't fray, making it perfect for so many trendy jacket and sweater coat styles. About 15% widthwise stretch but it's very stable, and there's no stretch in the length. Opaque and cozy but not super heavy, and perfect for an outdoor jacket, coat, poncho, etc. The color is a gorgeous valentino red on a black "underweave" which gives it further depth of color (PANTONE 18-1658). There's a very, very slight ombre effect with a 19" repeat that goes from a slightly darker to a slightly lighter shade of red. Dry cleaning recommended, or treat as you would any fine sweater knit.
