French peasant skirt fabric - jacquard

Fantastic skirt panels from France, made for a top designer. The upper part is a tightly shirred and elasticized waistband (30" stretching to about 42"), which blossoms out into a gathered skirt (58" wide, if flattened out, 40" when at rest, with gathers). The gorgeous jacquard areas are black, with bands of design in pink and peach (PANTONE 16-2126, 13-1318). For a small/thin adult or child one panel will be adequate. For a larger adult, two panels will give you all you need! The length is 32", including the waistband. Make a fantastic skirt with little effort! Perhaps a sleeveless dress for a smaller child (use the elasticised part as the bodice), or get creative and turn upside down to make a top/blouse with a gathered waistband. SO cool... have fun with it!! For one skirt panel, enter "1" above (ignore the word "yard"). I have one panel that I'll use for swatching. Dry cleaning recommended.
