Derek Lam wool knit coating - gray/toast stripe 2.7 yds

This is a gorgeous wool knit doubleface coating from Derek Lam, a substantial weight with body in the drape. It appears to be a thick felted wool woven, as it's dense and very smooth, but we discovered when we stretched it, that it's actually a knit with 20% widthwise stretch! You can't see the knit stitches at all until it's stretched a bit. Quite a stunning and unusual fabric. Although it has an obvious 29.5" repeat, it's hard to say where it begins and ends, so we're selling it by the yard, not by the panel. The colors are elegant and sophisticated: medium toasty brown, and two shades of gray (PANTONE 17-1417, 14-4501, 18-0000). Make a beautiful jacket, coat, cape, poncho. Dry clean only.
