NY designer twill mesh applique' cutout panel 1 yard

I am not sure how they achieved the technique and look of this fabric but it's SO fantastic! It's a panel design and the fabric is a medium weight cotton twill weave (has a denim-ish look) in a dark gray (PANTONE 18-5203-ish). Each flower has an applique'-like raised, fringy outline and in the center is a sheer black mesh. Some of the photos are on a white background so the black mesh appears white because it's so sheer. The flowers go from close and populated to more spread out with a solid twill area dividing each panel. The drape has body (like a denim) and it's perfect for an upscale casual skirt, jacket or sheath dress. Dry clean or please test first if you wish to hand or machine wash. LAST PANEL, 1 yard.
