WOW!! Just in with a high end mill designer lot from France, this "Scuba" knit (aka "neoprene") has a micro-doubleknit construction with a smooth texture and drape with body. It has about 15% stretch in the width, about 5% in the length. The amazing panel print features a roccoco-style floral montage that morphs to a black and white lace.
