This is a wonderful silk cloque' blouse weight from a NY designer, tone on tone with a paisley texture in a stunning electric blue (PANTONE 18-3963 is close but the real color is more vibrant). It's semi-opaque and lightweight, with a beautiful drape that has a bit of body, and lots of texture. Perfect for a blouse, tunic or top. Dry cleaning is probably best.
