This is a beautiful quality cotton/rayon/lycra stretch twill woven with about 15% widthwise stretch, a cottony dress/bottom weight with a dry hand and a smooth surface texture. It's medium-weight, opaque, with a wonderful buttery yet crisp cottony drape. The color is yale blue (PANTONE 19-4245 is close). Perfect for fitted garments: jacket, pants, capris, skirt, etc. Hand or machine wash separately, cold, gentle, hang to dry, medium iron. (Please test first). 1 yard.
