NY designer emb. eyelet fringe border silk chiffon 1.25 yds

From a well-known NY designer, this is a fabulous dressy border design with textured embroidery and eyelets with fringed details on a black sheer silk ground. I've photographed it on a white background to show the design more clearly, and the top two photos show how it comes off the roll, while the bottom photo shows it as it would hang in a garment. The embroidery has a lurex element that adds a quiet sparkle to this extraordinary special occasion silk. Make a tunic top, drapey jacket, dress, skirt, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering.
