This is a smart and stylish STRETCH rainwear fabric (10% stretch widthwise), excellent quality, medium-light weight and water-resistant with a malleable yet somewhat crisp drape. The face is a dark navy (PANTONE 19-3933) and reverse is a lighter blue (not meant to be seen). Make a beautiful and sophisticated raincoat or jacket. Test first before washing at home, or dry clean.
