This is a fantastic wool blend chunky sweater knit boucle' just in with new Italian shipment. It has a thick and loopy textured surface created by weaving curly winter white yarns through a knit backing, so it has a flatter knit look on the back, still with some "nubs". The backing knit is variegated, so the colors morph from one to the other for a rich and varied coloring, but they are chiefly brick, loden, taupe and off-black, in addition to the winter white (PANTONE 11-4301, 19-1759, 18-0322, etc.). It has a sweatery, cozy look with 20% stretch in the width only. Lots of body, thick and warm. Make a cozy, chunky cardigan, sweater jacket or coat, poncho, wrap, etc. Dry clean, or if you wish to try hand-washing at home please test first, and lay flat to dry.
