This beautiful, fashion-forward "perforated" 4-way stretch novelty knit from a top French mill was made for a famous designer. It is photgraphed on a white background so that you can see the open mesh slits around the smooth, striped opaque areas. The weight is similar to a 14-oz jersey or lighter weight ponte, and it has a matte finish. The color is black and the stripes are areas of very thin and sheer mesh. It has a very firm stretch (30% in the width, 15% in the length) but is also quite drapey. Make any number of trendy top styles, close-fitting dress or skirt, beach coverup, or line for a beautiful swimsuit, etc. Test first if you wish to try washing at home. Cold water only, lay flat to dry.
