NY designer soft white circle ribbon applique fancy

From the sample room of NY designer, this fabric is stunning! It's a special occasion fabric with a lot of movement and dimension, in a soft off white color. The underlayer is a sheer poly organza and the applique is strips of ribbon with quarter-sized discs (the discs are part of the ribbon, the same material... they are not sequins, in case it looks that way in the photo). The ribbon strips are sewn down, but the discs are left unsecured creating extraordinary texture and movement. Semi-sheer with lots of drape, and is perfect for the skirt of a gown or dress, or perhaps a flower girl's dress, a pretty jacket over a simple sheath dress, etc. Dry cleaning is probably best.
