French satin face woven - pearl

This is a polyester satin face woven, luscious and smooth with a satiny sheen. It is a mid-weight lining, opaque with a tight weave and stable in both directions. It has some firmness in the drape. This fabric will glide wonderfully over your base layers if used as a lining or feel soft and comfortable against bare skin. The color is a pearl tone (PANTONE 11-4202 is close). An elegant and affordable alternative to silk that is perfect for a tunic, kimono, silky lining, etc. Hand wash or machine wash and hang to dry, iron on low.
