French silk/cotton 'painted floral' plisse' texture woven 1.5 yd

Such an exquisite fabric! From French designer deadstock, this silk/cotton pliss�-textured woven is lightweight with vertical ribs (the reverse is not meant to be seen). The gorgeous and colorful 'painted floral' print (30.5" repeat) features marigold, tangerine, ultramarine, sky blue, black, pink, etc. on a soft white base (PANTONE 17-1558, 18-4244, 19-3850, 14-0756, 16-1349, 11-0602, etc.), and it is vivid and rich. Please note that the flowers disperse and thin out towards one selvage, so it should be treated more like a border print or panel print. It is semi-opaque with a bit of body in the drape, and there is about 20% "give" in the width only with great recovery. Make a beautiful blouse, top, tunic, dress, etc. Dry cleaning recommended. 1.5 yds.
